EQUIFO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MANDATORY TO READ
01. DELIVERY TIMELINE
Raw Data: Delivered within 7–10 days after the event, only after full payment has been received.
Edited Social Media Images (50–100 images): Delivered 7 days after the wedding.
Albums and Final Films: Timelines will be communicated separately based on package and deliverables.
02. PAYMENT TERMS
Payments must be made as per the following schedule:
40% Advance: Due at the time of booking to block the dates.
50% Pre-Wedding Payment: Due 7 days before the wedding/event.
Final 10% Payment: Due within 7 days post-shoot to commence post-production.
For packages including an album, 100% of the payment must be cleared before final delivery — no partial payments accepted.
Payments made through any mode signify your complete understanding and acceptance of these terms.
Additional Costs:
Overtime beyond the agreed duration will be charged at ₹1,000/hour.
Costs for LED screens, cranes, live streaming, and similar services must be settled immediately after the wedding — they are not covered under the part-payment policy.
Travel and accommodation must be paid in advance where applicable.
Pre-wedding shoots must be paid fully at the time of the shoot — no installments.
Pending Payments:
If payments are delayed or remain unpaid, all deliveries, editing, albums, and printing will be put on hold until dues are cleared.
03. CANCELLATIONS OR POSTPONEMENTS
Postponements are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellations: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the booking amount is paid.
04. COPYRIGHT
Equifo retains full copyright for all photos, films, and related works globally.
Clients may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the works without prior written consent and applicable copyright fees.
Equifo reserves the right to use any photos or videos for promotional purposes on its website, social media, or marketing materials.
05. TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION
For events outside Mumbai, Thane, Panvel, and Navi Mumbai, the client must arrange and cover travel, accommodation, and local transport for the team.
Proper meals must be provided at the venue for the entire team. If not provided, sufficient meal breaks must be accommodated during the shoot.
A secure, separate room must be provided for the team to rest and store equipment safely.
06. CODE OF CONDUCT
Any verbal or physical abuse, misbehavior, or disrespect towards Equifo’s team by clients, guests, or vendors will result in an immediate 50% penalty of the total booking amount and suspension of services.
In such cases, all data and deliverables will be withheld until the issue is amicably resolved and penalties are cleared.
Food Arrangement: Not providing food to the photographers/team is considered a violation of agreed hospitality and may lead to additional charges or service delays.
07. TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PHOTO AND VIDEO EDITING CHANGES
Number of Revisions:
Clients are entitled to two (2) free rounds of revisions on final edited photos and videos.
Additional revisions: ₹5,000 per round.
Revision Request Timeline:
Must be submitted within 7 days of receiving final content.
Requests after this period may be denied or charged extra.
Types of Changes Allowed:
Minor adjustments: Colour, cropping, blemish removal — included.
Major edits: Background changes, extensive retouching, or large video edits — extra charges apply.
Revision Delivery:
Revised content will be delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on complexity.
Video Drafts:
Low-res drafts will be shared for approval; final high-res files will be delivered only after full payment and sign-off.
Music/Soundtrack:
Changes to music after final delivery: ₹3,000 per change.
Final music must be chosen before editing starts.
Major Re-edits:
Requests altering the style, narrative, or adding new footage will be treated as new projects and billed separately.
Final Approval:
Once final files are approved and delivered, further edits will be treated as new work and charged accordingly.
Revision Payment:
All revision payments must be cleared before further changes or final delivery.
Delay Liability:
Equifo is not responsible for delays caused by late revision requests or delayed client feedback.
08. DATA STORAGE
Raw data will be stored securely for 30 days after final delivery.
Beyond this, Equifo is not responsible for maintaining client data.
Clients are advised to back up all deliverables immediately upon receiving them.
09. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Equifo will take the utmost care in capturing and delivering quality work. However, it is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure, acts of nature, venue restrictions, or accidents that may affect shoot coverage.
In case of unavoidable events leading to incomplete coverage, Equifo’s liability is limited to refunding the amount paid, minus work already delivered.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Booking Equifo’s services signifies that the client has read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above.
